Job summary

Guardian Alarm seeks a Director of Data Strategy & AI Implementation to lead the enterprise data program, governance, and architecture. You will partner with the CTO and business leaders to translate priorities into a scalable data roadmap supporting analytics, BI, AI, and acquisitions.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with data platforms, Azure, and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership translating priorities into an enterprise data roadmap.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with practical execution in an acquisitions-driven org.
• Experience in data governance, quality, and enterprise analytics programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Guardian's enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead data architecture, ingestion, modeling, and platform governance.
• Oversee data governance, security, privacy, and access controls.
• Drive analytics, BI, and AI/ML enablement across the business.
