Job summary
ServiceNow seeks a Director of Data & Storage Reliability Engineering to lead reliability across database, storage, and platform infrastructure. You will build and scale teams, set KPIs, and drive cross-functional roadmaps to improve resilience and customer experience.
You will partner with Product, Database, Cloud Infra, Architecture, and Operations to embed reliability throughout the SDLC, while guiding AI-powered tooling and analytics to preempt incidents and optimize performance.

- Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams.
- Experience turning production insights into long-term improvements.

- Lead Data & Storage Reliability Engineering across database, storage, and platform infrastructure.
- Build, develop, and scale high-performing reliability teams with a focus on observability and performance.
- Set KPIs, drive engineering roadmaps, and manage priorities across multiple orgs.
- Partner with Product, Database, Cloud Infra, and Operations to embed reliability in SDLC.
- Drive proactive risk reduction, incident reviews, and platform-wide improvements.
