Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software or related large-scale SaaS environments.
- 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, incl. managing distributed teams.
- Deep expertise in databases, storage, cloud infrastructure, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data & Storage Reliability Engineering org to improve reliability, resilience, and customer experience.
- Build and scale teams focused on observability, diagnostics, automation, and migration readiness.
- Establish KPIs and drive platform improvements that reduce incidents.
- Partner with product, architecture, and operations to embed reliability in SDLC.
- Drive AI-powered tooling to enhance detection, analytics, and engineering productivity.
