You will build ML models, partner with planning teams, and translate complex results into clear narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.

This role requires 7–10 years in informatics and a proven track record of data‑driven business outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related field.
• 7-10 years of informatics experience in academia, advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Knowledge of agency-side execution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Planning & Investment teams to provide data science support across campaign lifecycle.
• Build advanced ML models to cluster/segment audiences and deploy audiences across platforms.
• Run descriptive/diagnostic analyses to measure campaign performance in clean rooms/analytics platforms.
• Help develop analytical roadmaps to institutionalize data-driven outcomes.
• Excellent project management with ability to meet deadlines and show urgency.
• Leverage coding to improve process efficiencies.
• Build and present decks to decode complex results for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and develop DS practice knowledge repository and delegate tasks to juniors.
• Lead and train direct reports and manage career progression.
