Job summary

Omnicom's PHD data science team is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to build advanced machine learning models and deliver data-driven insights for major brands. You will leverage clean rooms and first-/third-party data to support audience creation and campaign optimization.

The role requires 7–10 years in informatics, strong programming in SQL/Python/R, and the ability to communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences. In-office presence is expected in the US.

Qualifications

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of informatics experience in academia/advertising/management consulting.
• Knowledge of agency-side execution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models for audience clustering and segmentation.
• Run analyses using clean rooms and analytics platforms to measure campaigns.
• Develop strategic analytical roadmaps to drive data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with Planning & Investment teams to provide DS support across campaigns.
• Present complex results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead and mentor junior resources and manage project timelines.
