Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistics, ML, and analytics foundations.
• Experience leading analytics solutions across underwriting, pricing, and risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics solution development for underwriting, pricing, and related decision processes.
• Shape and maintain a prioritized roadmap of high-value use cases aligned with strategy.
• Translate business problems into analytics product requirements and adoption plans.
• Partner with underwriting, actuarial, product, and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and develop a team of data scientists and establish analytical best practices.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and business impact; drive adoption and value.
