Qualifications

• 2+ years of data science management with a team of >3.
• 5+ years modeling/data science experience overall.
• 2+ years at a consumer product company.
• Deep SQL and Python expertise; analytics tools experience.
• Experience predicting credit risk, churn, revenue forecasting is a plus.
• Master's or PhD in quantitative field strongly preferred.
• Strong communication to distill insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of data scientists focused on modeling key business problems.
• Mentor team members building quantitative models in Python.
• Advance data science capabilities across product, eng, and ops with a roadmap.
• Lead quarterly planning with business stakeholders for alignment.
• Promote AI-assisted development and agentic workflows with governance.
• Collaborate with Modeling Engineer to optimize model infra.
