Job summary
Cooley AI, the tech-forward arm of the global law firm, seeks a Director of Data Products to lead the Data Products function within the Innovation team. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, oversee AI-powered applications, analytics, and BI deliverables, and build a high-performing multi-track team.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in data product management, analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of management experience leading multi-track teams.
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks) and data modeling.
- Proven ability to translate legal/firm requirements into data products.
- Expertise in AI-enabled product delivery and LLM-enabled features.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data Products across three tracks: application engineering, technical data analysis, and business reporting and analytics.
- Own end-to-end product roadmap with cross-functional collaboration.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop track leads and team members.
- Ensure delivery cadence, quality standards, and agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with data engineering, governance, and client services to align priorities.
- Oversee AI-powered application delivery and platform integration.
