Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience working directly with annual assessment processes.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in collaborative project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with respect to data explanation.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software for data gathering, analysis, interpretation and dissemination, including advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to administer complex and changing operations, work efficiently without supervision, and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic programs, administrative offices, and the President’s Leadership Team in creating annual planning and assessment documents.
• Design assessment plans with mission statements, goals, objectives, measures and targets.
• Coordinate with Planning and Accreditation leadership to align with Randolph College Strategic Plan.
• Co-chair the Institutional Effectiveness Committee.
