Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in institutional research or applied research.
• 5+ years in supervision or project management.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Experience with relational databases, ERPs, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with faculty, staff, students, and community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and respond to internal and external data requests.
• Lead design, implementation, analysis and reporting of research studies.
• Develop and maintain data queries, reports, and visualizations.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decision making.
• Manage KPI reports and data briefs.
• Lead annual State of the College data provisions.
