Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Director- Scheduling to lead scheduling services on key client accounts. The role focuses on delivering detailed, resource-loaded schedules, aligning with project milestones and budgets, and growing services with existing clients.

Responsibilities include mentoring schedulers, coordinating with PMs, engineers, and contractors, and presenting updates to senior leadership. A strong background in large construction programs and PMP/CCM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing scheduling/project controls teams in a consulting environment.
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
• PMP, CCM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple construction projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to develop schedules with milestones and critical paths.
• Establish baselines and track progress against KPIs.
• Coordinate scheduling across design, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
