Qualifications

Degree in a technical field with strong data focus.
8–10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or related roles, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead design and optimization of enterprise data architecture and platforms.
Develop a data architecture roadmap aligned with analytics and growth.
Establish AI-enabled data strategies and scalable automation.
Oversee ETL/ELT, data quality, governance, and security.
Collaborate with Analytics, Campaign Operations, and IT stakeholders.
