Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, statistics, business or related field.
• 8-10+ years in analytics, reporting, or BI with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and modern data.
• Strong data governance, data modeling, and analytics best practices.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication translating technical insights into business outcomes.
• US Citizen and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics, BI, and enterprise.
• Lead, mentor, and develop analytics professionals, data analysts, BI developers, and reporting.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, KPI frameworks, reports, and models.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across the organization.
• Collaborate with executives to understand requirements and deliver insight-driven solutions.
• Evaluate analytics technologies, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms.
• Drive adoption of data-informed decisions through training and best practices.
• Monitor and communicate performance metrics and analytics outcomes to leadership.
• Manage team budgets, vendor relationships, and resources.
