This leadership role requires expertise in labor market data, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and translating complex data into clear recommendations for executives and program partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, statistics, data science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with labor market data tools and producing data products for non-technical audiences.
• 3+ years supervising analytic staff.
• Proficiency with Bureau of Labor Statistics data and Lightcast.
• Working proficiency with SQL and a BI platform (Power BI, Tableau); Python or R preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple data products and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Data and Analytics team, setting performance expectations and coaching.
• Advise the Executive Team and Board on program performance, labor market trends, and employer dynamics.
• Define the organization's performance measurement framework and KPIs.
• With the COO, develop and own the multi-year data and analytics roadmap.
• Embed data in decision-making across Program, Compliance, Finance, and Business Services teams.
• Produce employer prospectus, labor market briefs, and program reporting.
