Job summary

The role requires a master's degree in management with a data concentration, at least six years in data analytics or BI, including leading analytics teams. Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, Python and R is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management with major concentration in data analysis, business statistics, technology management, or closely related field.
• Min. 6 yrs experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, including 3 yrs managing analytics teams.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, Python, R, Microsoft 365, and advanced AI-powered tools & Copilot Studio; experience with data reporting tools listed below.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide data strategy and oversee advanced analytics initiatives.
• Institute data governance practices and enterprise reporting.
• Lead integration of AI/ML technologies into data platforms.
• Design scalable data architectures and manage cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical and strategic direction for the data warehouse.
