Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to lead planning, design, and assurance of cybersecurity programs across infrastructure, transportation, energy, and public sector projects. The role embeds within project teams, partnering with clients, engineers, and executives to design, validate, and maintain cybersecurity throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field; master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience with multi-sector exposure.
• 5+ years leading cybersecurity programs or engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity planning and execution for major programs across critical sectors.
• Develop project-specific cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
• Integrate cybersecurity into project delivery, specs, and designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, and technology teams.
• Serve as primary advisor to executives and client stakeholders.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and client interviews.
