Job summary

WSP USA seeks an experienced Director of Cybersecurity to lead planning, design, and assurance of cybersecurity programs across infrastructure, transportation, energy, and public sector projects. This embedded role partners with clients and engineers to ensure cybersecurity throughout the project lifecycle.

The role combines technical leadership, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic advisory services for digital transformation and OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in cybersecurity or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years leading programs or engagements.
• Client-facing consulting or advisory experience on infrastructure programs.
• Experience with OT/ICS, critical infrastructure, and public sector projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity planning and execution for major infrastructure programs.
• Develop project cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and roadmaps.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements into project delivery and designs.
• Serve as primary advisor to executives, PMs, and clients.
• Support pursuits, proposals, and client interviews.
