Job summary

Xstrahl in Duluth, GA is seeking a full-time Director of Customer Success to own our entire customer-facing operating model: installation, training and commissioning, help desk, global field service, and service agreement renewals. You will lead a cross-functional team of about 20 people on-site with our senior leadership.

This is a hands-on, people-leadership role rather than a management-by-dashboard position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Customer Success leadership role.
• Experience managing Account Managers, Project Managers, a help desk, and field service staff.
• Strong CRM experience (Zoho) and project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to operate at executive level on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 20-person cross-functional team across US and UK/EU.
• Own end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals.
• Develop coaching, skill development, and career paths.
• Oversee ticketing, service delivery, and PMI scheduling.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on order-to-cash and reporting.
