• 5+ years in customer compliance, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience interpreting customer requirements in manufacturing/distribution/retail environments.
• Strong understanding of routing guides, packaging, labeling, and EDI.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with accountability across departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the customer compliance program across channels and units.
• Review customer requirements, routing guides, audits, and certifications.
• Manage customer compliance portals and serve as primary contact for requirements.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure ownership, follow-up, and accountability.
• Monitor scorecards, audit findings, and chargebacks to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Support onboarding, new programs, and account transitions.
• Partner with IT on ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, and compliance needs.
• Develop and improve processes, training, and tools to strengthen compliance.
