• Experience using data and performance measures to inform policy decisions and monitor outcomes.
• Experience advancing strategies related to economic mobility, workforce development, or human services.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans.

• Provide statewide leadership in developing cross-government strategies that improve well-being and economic mobility across the Commonwealth.
• Lead identification, development, and implementation of interagency initiatives across SNAP, TANF, VIEW, child care, housing and other programs.
• Advance sector-based programs, employer partnerships, career pathways, and apprenticeships that connect individuals to quality employment.
• Foster cross-agency governance structures, coordinate with local departments and boards, and ensure sustained coordination and accountability.
• Align resources and strategies, reduce duplication, and promote cohesive, results-driven systems.
