Job summary

Forbes Advisor, a trusted source for consumer guidance, seeks a Director of Creative Production to lead end-to-end paid social and native creative across Health, FinServ, Insurance, and SMB verticals. You will direct Editor/Designers, producers, and crew while balancing craft and speed to meet performance marketing goals.

You will oversee AI-augmented workflows, manage budgets, and collaborate with Creative Directors to translate briefs into executable plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in direct-response or paid social creative production.
• 3+ years managing a production team.
• Experience managing both full-time teams and contract/freelance rosters.
• Strong on-set craft. Ability to direct talent, manage time and budget, and ship usable footage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for paid social and native creative across all four verticals.
• Hire, develop, and retain a team of senior Editor/Designers and post production staff.
• Source, vet, onboard, and manage a flexible contract roster of Producers, Shooters, and Crew across the US.
• Own shoot operations end-to-end: pre-production, casting, locations, on-set production, and post.
• Manage post-production workflows, asset library standards, and production-to-launch handoffs.
