Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking an AI Creative Production Manager to build and operate its AI-powered production engine. You will own the creative pipeline from concept to final delivery across paid, organic, and educational channels, using leading AI tools to rapidly generate assets that drive patient and provider acquisition.

You will collaborate with Campaign, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Innovation teams, ensuring assets meet 503A/503B standards while accelerating time-to-market and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience.
• A portfolio of AI-generated creative work is required.
• 3+ years in performance creative, paid media, or growth marketing; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative production pipeline from concept to delivery across static ads, video, and educational content.
• Use AI tools to produce assets and maintain a structured asset library with versioning.
• Ensure assets comply with FDA, FTC, and HIPAA guidelines and platform standards.
• Translate briefs into concepts, storyboards, and production-ready assets on time.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, and optimize creative based on data tests.
