American Airlines Inc. is seeking a creative leader to head art direction and design initiatives within the Creative team of the Commercial organization. You will guide a team of art directors and designers to deliver elegant, on-brand experiences across campaigns and channels.

You will drive innovative concepts, partner with marketing, manage budgets, and stay ahead of trends to elevate our visual storytelling and brand presence across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years overseeing creative design, production, content marketing, web and video communications.

Responsabilidades

• Apply smart thinking to create innovative concepts around integrated campaigns, video storytelling and visual identity.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to improve business results.
• Conceptualize break-through creative aligned with brand and voice.
• Lead integrated campaign planning with brand and creative marketing partners.
• Support internal priorities in tandem with the marketing team and amplify initiatives.
• Oversee visual storytelling from concept to execution with stakeholders.
