Job summary

Settlement Music School seeks a Director for the Kardon Center for Arts Therapy (KCAT) to lead clinical services, administration, and strategic growth across branches.

You will oversee Medicaid activities, supervision of therapists, and collaboration with finance, communications, advancement, and HR to achieve high-quality, accessible arts therapy and community impact in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical supervision eligibility (LPC or LCSW per PA requirements).
• Board certification in MT-BC, ATR-BC, or BC-DMT is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct KCAT leadership and strategic growth across Settlement Music School.
• Supervise KCAT Coordinator; oversee therapists and program initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, and licensing requirements; manage budgets and partnerships.
