Job summary

Goddard House in Brookline, MA is seeking a visionary leader to guide Creative Aging Connections. The Director will shape strategic priorities, foster partnerships with universities, cultural institutions and community organizations, and ensure programs align with the mission of enhancing autonomy and meaningful engagement for older adults.

You will oversee CAC’s budget, oversee staff and teaching artists, lead grant development, and represent the organization at conferences and funder meetings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years nonprofit programming and leadership experience.
• Experience in arts, aging services, or community-based programming preferred.
• Proven grant writing and fundraising experience.
• Strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for CAC and advance its vision.
• Develop and implement creative aging initiatives and partnerships.
• Oversee budgets, program metrics, and fundraising efforts.
• Represent Goddard House in community and fundraising settings.
• Supervise CAC Program Manager and teaching artists.
