Brookline Arts Center (BAC) seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations and strategic direction in Brookline, MA. The role partners with the Board to steward finances, programs, and community impact, while supporting teaching artists and staff.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in nonprofit arts or education sectors.
• Demonstrated financial stewardship, forecasting, and reporting capability.
• Experience building sound operating systems and communicating with a board.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget development with the Board and accountant.
• Oversee revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Build and sustain organizational systems across programs, finance, and administration.
• Recruit, support, and develop teaching staff and employees.
• Drive fundraising and donor relations in alignment with mission.
