Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) in Reno, NV seeks a Director of Counseling to lead and evaluate comprehensive counseling services addressing the personal, academic, vocational, and situational needs of TMCC students.

The role supervises faculty, staff, LOAs, and volunteers, and oversees budget, program review, and compliance with FERPA and ethics. Salary ranges from $93,174 to $116,468 with rich benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ten years of related experience in higher education and counseling preferred for seniority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, administer, and evaluate comprehensive counseling services.
• Oversee direct individual and group counseling including crisis and life-planning sessions.
• Direct crisis intervention protocols and referrals for at-risk students.
• Lead campus-wide workshops and prevention programming on mental health.
