Job summary

Shepherd Insurance seeks a Director of Corporate Training in Carmel, IN to lead development and execution of enterprise-wide training. You will partner with executive leadership to align learning with growth, optimize onboarding, compliance, and leadership programs, and guide a team of trainers.

You will drive adoption of new learning technologies, analyze training data, and ensure resources support organizational objectives with a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate training programs aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs across the agency platform.
• Lead and mentor the training team including Corporate Trainers and a Learning & Development Manager.
• Collaborate with executives to create scalable learning solutions and measure training impact.
• Oversee onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and technical training.
• Evaluate emerging learning technologies and drive continuous improvement.
