Rightworks LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to lead strategy and execution for executive communications, PR, and thought leadership across accounting and technology markets.

The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on writing, editing, and storytelling, partnering with senior leaders to shape messaging and support key go-to-market priorities. Hybrid schedule offers 3 days per week in Nashua.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Ability to translate business strategy into compelling communications.
• Strong media relations experience with business/industry press.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation-development skills.
• Experience supporting senior executives with presentations, thought leadership, media interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on in execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and communications programs.
• Experience in MSPs, SaaS, cloud platforms, or other B2B technology environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop executive presentations and communications articulating company strategy, priorities, and market insights.
• Establish communications strategy with measurable goals and track performance across media visibility and thought leadership.
• Prepare executives for podcasts, media interviews, speaking engagements, and other external appearances with briefing materials.
• Own and execute Rightworks’ corporate communications and PR strategy aligned with priorities.
• Write high-impact corporate content including executive thought leadership and announcements.
• Maintain the corporate narrative and ensure consistent messaging across external communications.
• Lead executive communications and thought leadership opportunities and content.
• Lead media relations, including proactive pitching and company announcements.
• Drive storytelling for company, customer, partner, product, and research announcements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Content, Social, and others for integrated messaging.
