  • Provide strategic guidance on contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies
  • Lead contract negotiations with government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors as necessary or not otherwise delegated
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, program management, finance, and compliance, to ensure contract terms are properly executed and adhered to
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize contract and procurement functions, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor contract performance and advise contract performers to ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables, including reports, milestones, and compliance audits. Identify and mitigate risks as needed.

  • Lead the training and development of staff within the contracts, subcontract, procurement, and government property areas
  • Handle disputes, claims, assertion of data rights, reps and certs, and contract performance issues; work closely with legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed
