Job summary

MSD is seeking a Director, Contracting and Customer Experience to lead the US Vaccines Contracting and Customer Experience team, driving exceptional customer service through contracting and ordering touchpoints. The role partners with sales leadership to address critical customer issues and improve the ordering journey across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Managed Care - Pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 3 years People Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience developing and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise a national contracting and CX team.
• Set expectations and assess performance of direct reports.
• Lead and support a diverse, customer-centric organization.
