Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Director of Customer Engagement to lead the strategy and operations of customer support for the vaccine business in a highly regulated healthcare environment. This role partners across Commercial Operations, Finance, Technology, Compliance, and other functions to drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

The position is hybrid, combining onsite and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably Life Sciences, Business/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years healthcare experience with at least 8 years in a leadership role; experience in pharma/biotech is ideal.
• Experience with customer experience improvement, operational excellence, and digital enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement strategy and operations for CSL Seqirus vaccine business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Commercial Ops, Finance, Technology, Compliance) to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Drive digital enablement, automation, and process improvements in customer-facing operations.
• Ensure processes meet regulatory, compliance, and audit standards; act as trusted advisor on engagement performance.
