Job summary

Contractor Staffing Source is hiring a Director of Construction Operations for a residential remodeling client. The role oversees multiple remodeling projects and Project Managers from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client communication are upheld.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, demonstrated leadership of PMs, strong budgeting and trade coordination knowledge, and a track record of improving operations as a company

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, budgets, margins, change orders, and trade coordination.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, and client communication skills.
• Experience helping a growing construction company improve operations and scale is strongly preferred.
