Ripple Fiber is looking for a Director of Construction to lead all aspects of new site development. You will shape construction strategy, drive execution, and build the construction team and culture across operations, sales, engineering, and finance.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, timelines, safety, and quality while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and strong cross-functional collaboration. Equal opportunity employer and travel may be required.

Formación

• Ten+ years in telecommunications.
• Seven+ years in management.
• Knowledge of telecom industry practices.
• Ability to lead and drive execution of projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices for underground and aerial construction.
• Strong cross-departmental communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee performance of construction staff on projects.
• Deliver customer satisfaction from pre-construction through closing.
• Plan, review designs, budget, and execute site development.
• Ensure projects meet cost, time, quality, and budget restraints.
• Provide reporting on money spent, pending, and completed work.
• Communicate with city officials about work and completion dates.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety policies and OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Ensure communities meet appearance standards after completion.
• Assist during all phases of broadband construction.
