Job summary

Our client seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale renewables delivery, primarily solar and battery energy storage projects of 200 MW or more. You will manage day-to-day construction across the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, EPC, field teams, quality inspectors, and senior leadership.

You may oversee up to two active construction projects at a time while supporting pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing utility-scale renewable construction projects (200 MW+).
• Strong solar experience; BESS and wind experience preferred.
• EPC or owner-side full turnkey EPC contracts experience.
• Background in Construction Management or relevant Engineering field.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort using construction-management software and emerging technology.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%.

As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, primarily solar and battery energy storage system projects of 200 MW or more.

You will independently manage day-to-day construction activities across the project lifecycle, partnering with internal engineering teams, EPC teams, field teams, quality inspectors, and senior leadership. Most projects use full turnkey EPC contracts, with occasional carve-outs for substations and transmission lines. You may oversee up to two active-construction projects at a time while supporting pre-construction activities.

Success requires sound technical judgment, clear communication with stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise, and comfort with construction-management software and emerging technologies.
