Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction operations across multiple project types, including industrial, commercial, high-rise, and institutional projects.
• Oversee MEP coordination, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and commissioned efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement construction strategies, project schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale healthcare, commercial, high-rise, hotels or institutional projects.
• Strong MEP knowledge and experience managing complex systems on large projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting.
