The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in residential construction management, a proven delivery track record, and strong leadership and communication skills to foster client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential construction management experience.

• Proficiency in construction management software (POs, COs, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of construction projects.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers and trades.

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Construction to oversee our team of Project Managers throughout the region. You'll be at the helm of all facets of our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will boast extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering single-family attached and detached residential projects on time and within budget. Stellar leadership and communication skills are a must. Safety and quality are our guiding principles, and in this role, you'll ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Construction Management:


• Lead and supervise all aspects of construction projects.


• Oversee Project Managers, skilled tradespeople, and contractors.

• Stakeholder Engagement:


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trades.

• Reporting:

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of construction management experience with a residential homebuilder


• Proven track record of delivering residential projects on time and within budget.


• Thorough understanding of construction technology, practices, and safety protocols.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in construction management software, including purchase orders, change orders, and scheduling.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position.


• Salary: $130,000- $160,000 + Bonus, commensurate with experience.
