MSA Safety is seeking a Director, Portable Gas Detection & Connected Work Platform to own vision, strategy, and commercial success of a global portfolio including portable gas detection products, connected worker tech, and cloud software solutions.

You will align product, technology, and commercial strategies to accelerate adoption, expand recurring revenue, and strengthen MSA’s leadership in industrial safety technology. Lead cross-functional teams worldwide.

Formación

10+ years of product/ platform management or tech leadership.
Experience with connected products, IoT, SaaS or cloud software.
Proven success commercializing products and solutions.
Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

Set and execute the Connected Work strategy across hardware, software, and services.
Drive portfolio growth and commercialization for Portable Gas Detection and Connected Work.
Build and lead a high-performing product organization with cross-functional collaboration.
Shape strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions to accelerate growth.
Lead cross-functional strategy and execution across PM, R&D, UX/UI, and Business Design.
Maintain a prioritized product roadmap and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Champion a customer-first connected work vision across the organization.
