Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years Salvation Army leadership experience.
• Uniform-wearing Salvationist with a strong Christian witness.
• Thorough knowledge of Salvation Army doctrine and practice.
• Willingness to become a PTM Consultant and implement safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead church programming under the direction of the corps officer.
• Coordinate worship services, programs, and music ministries.
• Keep and submit monthly statistics; maintain visitor and contact records.
• Oversee seasonal programming and events (Christmas, Summer, Fall).
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and leaders; provide resources.
