Job summary

Connecticut State Community College seeks a College Director of Concurrent Enrollment to implement the CT State dual enrollment policy and provide training for campus teams. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriately related field with 2+ years of related experience and up to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of higher education administration and concurrent enrollment programming.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of CT State dual enrollment policy and procedures and train campus teams on the policy.
• Provide technical assistance to school districts, adult basic education, and other secondary providers.
• Administer the Dual Credit Expansion IHE grant and oversee reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with campus partners to expand concurrent enrollment options.
