Job summary

Control Risks in the United States seeks a Director to drive growth in Compliance, Investigations & eDiscovery across investigations, proactive compliance, forensic accounting and disputes. You will translate the practice offerings into a clear market proposition for law firms, corporate legal, compliance and risk buyers, working with Forensics, regional leadership and client-facing teams.

Lead opportunities, develop campaigns and create bespoke collateral while promoting digital forensics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of sales, business development or client development in investigations, compliance or disputes.
• Experience identifying buyers, building relationships and shaping client conversations.
• Ability to communicate multidisciplinary Compliance and Investigations offerings clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue targets through business development and campaigns.
• Develop opportunities across investigations, proactive compliance and disputes.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by mapping buyers and prioritising prospects.
• Position the firm as a multidisciplinary partner combining investigations, compliance advisory and eDiscovery.
• Support pursuit strategies and coordinate practitioner involvement.
