Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive experience with a large national health insurance payer.
• Proven experience managing multiple RFP procurements concurrently.
• Experience analyzing a broad range of information/data (clinical, network, operations, etc.).
• Strong competitive intelligence research and skills/experience.
• Ability to drive operational performance improvements and best practices.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing staff directly or indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Leads competitive analysis for RFP responses and scoring reviews.
• Collaborates with business development, product, and function leads across the enterprise.
• Develops and maintains a formal competitor content and scoring analysis database.
• Supports pre-RFP strategy and capture, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Publishes quarterly updates of competitor intelligence for leadership.
