Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center, seeks a Volunteer Services Coord IV to oversee community relations and volunteer programs. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in public relations, communications, or English.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a volunteer coordinator or community service liaison.
• Experience in fundraising, corporate development, special events planning and/or public information is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and publicize the center's total community relations area.
• Recruit, select, orient, assign, assess and recognize volunteers; match volunteers to needs.
• Supervise volunteers and staff; support Volunteer Services Council and Family Association.
