Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Minimum experience in behavioral health services and supervision.
• Experience in leading clinical/administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative functions of the SSLC behavior health services department.
• Ensure compliance with ICF/IID and other regulatory standards.
• Lead long-term strategic plans and department policies.
• Coach and supervise LPCs, BCBAs, and other staff; drive quality improvement.
