Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Peer and Outreach Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for community-based behavioral health, peer support, outreach, and deflection programs across Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree behavioral health field preferred or equivalent in education, certifications/licensure and experience will be considered
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder services, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience, including effective supervision of supervisors or managers
• Demonstrated experience leading community-based programs, outreach services, crisis response, deflection or peer support programs

Responsibilities

• Provides overall leadership, direction, and accountability for assigned community-based programs, including BHRN Outreach & Engagement Centers in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties
• Directs supervision of program managers, supervisors, and lead staff; coaches performance management and leadership development
• Builds and sustains a collaborative, high-performing, multidisciplinary team
• Oversees peer staff and ensures alignment with clinical teams and program goals
• Identifies and pursues opportunities to expand peer-delivered services and partnerships
