Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Mental Health Intensive Services Supervisor to provide oversight and documented clinical supervision to a team of MH Clinicians across the ACT, Crisis, and Forensic programs, ensuring services align with Oregon Administrative Rules.

The role includes daily supervision, staff development, and some direct client services for ACT, collaborating with the Program Director to build and improve clinical services and coordinate with other programs

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral science, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
• Minimum 2 years of successful clinical and employment supervisory experience.
• For individuals in recovery from substance-use disorder, must have maintained continuous recovery for the previous two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, day-to-day supervision and performance monitoring of MH staff in the Crisis, ACT, and Forensic programs.
• Leads weekly team meetings, develops treatment plans, and ensures documentation meets standards.
• Oversees referrals, triages cases, and ensures quality service delivery.
• Maintains licensure supervision where qualified and collaborates with Program Director to improve services.
