Job summary

Bristol Hospice in El Paso, TX is seeking a Director of Community Development to lead our sales and marketing efforts, build strong referral and payer relationships, and inspire a high-performing team in service of compassionate care.

You will direct daily operations, develop strategic marketing plans, negotiate with providers, and oversee budgeted resources while maintaining our mission of patient- and family-centered care. Travel across Bristol’s service areas will be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of hospice experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Bristol’s service areas.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative staff.
• Strong marketing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily sales and marketing operations and oversee initiatives.
• Establish positive relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Develop and monitor a strategic marketing plan aligned with budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with providers per guidelines.
• Lead, recruit, and manage sales & marketing team members.
