Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hospice or healthcare service line leadership preferred.
• Ability to supervise professional and administrative staff.
• Strong negotiation and public relations skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bristol’s service areas.

• Direct daily sales and marketing operations and staff.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to meet goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources and payers.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation.
