• Three years’ experience in community or public health related position.

• Provides system-wide leadership for Mercy's Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), and Community Benefit programs.
• Partners with internal and community stakeholders to advance health equity and address priorities.
• Ensures compliance with IRS and regulatory requirements.
