Job summary

FACCES is seeking a Community Outreach Director to lead engagement with families, local organizations, and educational networks. The role focuses on building meaningful community relationships, designing outreach strategies, and coordinating events that reflect our mission.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in outreach, public engagement, or partnership development, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in community outreach, public engagement, event planning, or partnership development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic community outreach plans.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, schools, faith groups, and civic organizations.
• Organize events, open houses, and engagement sessions for families and members.
• Serve as main contact for families and community partners with timely information and support.
• Collaborate with leadership to coordinate outreach with educational programs.
• Track and evaluate outreach metrics to inform strategies.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across initiatives.
